Our Statement of Faith

  1. We believe in one God, Creator of all things, being three in One, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. (Mat 3:16-17, 28:19; John 17:5)

  2. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God; became incarnate; was begotten by the Holy Spirit; born of a virgin, Mary; and is the true god and true man. (Luke 1:26-38; John 14:1-3; Acts 2:36, 3:14, 25; Phil 2:5-12)

  3. We believe that the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct. (2nd Tim 3:16; Heb. 4:12; 1 Pet 1:23-25; II Pet 1:19-21)

  4. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the everlasting punishment of the lost. (Luke 24:39-43; John 20:24-29)

  5. We believe in the personal salvation of the believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. (Rom 3:19-23, 4:1-5, 5:1; Gal 3:22; Eph 2:1, 12; Acts 3:19-20)

  6. We believe in the sanctification of believers through the blood of Jesus Christ, in personal holiness of heart and life, and in the separation from the world. (Rom 12:11-13; II Cor 6:17; Gal 6:14; Eph 5:11; Col 3:17)

  7. We believe in the divine healing, through faith, and that healing is included in the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. (Isa 53:5; Jas 5:14-16; Mrk 11:23, 16:18; 1 Cor 12:9)

  8. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost accompanied by the physical sign of speaking in tongues as the Holy Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4), as distinct from the new birth; and in nine spiritual gifts listed in 1 Corinthians 12, as now available to believers. (Luke 11:13; John 7:37-39, 14:16-17; Acts 2:28-41, 10:44-47, 19:1-6)

  9. We believe in the eminent, victorious, and personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 1:10-11; 1 Thes 4:13-18; II Thes1:7-10; Jas 5:8; Rev 1:7)

  10. We believe in intensive worldwide evangelism in missionary work in accordance with the great Commission, with signs following. ( Mat 28:18-20; Mrk 16:15, 17-18)

  11. We believe in the ordinance of Holy Communion and water baptism. (Mat 3:15-16, 28:19-20; Acts 2:38-39, 8:38; Rom 6:1-4; Luke 22:13-20; 1 Cor 11:23-33)

We believe in God and all the power that He possesses. Our Pastor Eric L. Jackson often says, "If God said it, then I believe it and that settles it." We believe wholeheartedly that we are entitled to all of God's blessings and promises through faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
